My coupon doesn't seem to be working. Why?

You should be able to apply your coupon once you've reached the "Payment Details" page of the checkout process.

There will be a dropdown that allows you to apply the issued coupon to your order within the section labeled “Have A Coupon?”.

If the coupon you have is a code, you can also apply it to the order on the "Payment Details" page under "Have A Coupon?". Simply enter the code and don't forget to click on the “Apply Code” button!

Our coupons can be used on any prepaid, online order with a subtotal of at least $15.00.

Coupons and codes do have expiration dates, so there's a chance the coupon or code you're entering has expired. Coupons cannot be used on cash orders. If you received a coupon or code via a marketing email, please be sure to check the fine print for additional stipulations.
